I offer warm, human-centred support for individuals, couples, and (soon) children who want to understand themselves more deeply and make meaningful changes in their lives.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and collaborative, shaped by Gestalt counselling, Humanistic practice, and integrated CBT. Whether you’re struggling with ADHD, anxiety, grief, stress, or feeling stuck, we work together at a pace that feels safe.
My hope is that this space feels calm, supportive, and grounding, a place where you can breathe, feel heard, and begin to grow.
